Ora Blackwell Bain, a lifelong resident of Polk County was a member of Springtown Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Mary Jane Blackwell and was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Bain and three sons, Johnny, Leonard and Jack. Also three brothers, Ed, Robert and Ernest Blackwell and three sisters Glena Elrod, Donnie Morgan an Vinnie McGhee.
Survivors were five daughters, Mary Ruth Rymer, Willie Freeman, Dot Lowe, Evelyn Sharpton, Paulette Lewis; and four sons, Charles, Carson, Bill and Joe Bain.
