MRS. ALICE ARMSTRONG
   Mrs. Alice Lacey Armstrong, 74, of 372 North Washington Street, died Wednesday night following a heart attack. She was stricken at the home of her son Alfred Armstrong in Phoenix Ariz., which whom she had been visiting the last month.
   A native of Miners Mills, Mrs. Armstrong was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Lacey. She resided in Kingston most of her life and the last 25 years lived in North Wilkes-Barre. Mrs. Armstrong was a member of First Methodist Church, City.
   Her husband, Alfred, passed away two years ago.
   Also surviving are these children, Mrs. Glenn Ridgeway, at home; Mrs. Edward L. House, Pensacola, Fla.; John T., Washington, Washington, N. J.; Mrs. Russell E. Steiner, Phoenix, Ariz.; Robert L., Winter Park, Fla. Lee T., Albuquerque, New Mexico; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Herbert R. Williams, Trucksville, and Mrs. John C. Aten, New York City.
