THEODORE H. ALEXANDER

RAWLINGS — Theodore Hansel Alexander, 77, of McMullen Highway, Rawlings, died Friday, Feb. 23, 1996, at his residence.

Born Sept. 18, 1918, in Midland, he was the son of the late Stanley and Amy (Mansfield) Alexander. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (Clark) Alexander; five brothers, Stanley, Jack, Marcellus, Frank and James; and two sisters, Mary Grady and Nettie Henry.

Mr. Alexander was retired from the Celanese Corp. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Cresaptown United Methodist Church; the American Legion; the American Veterans; and the Cresaptown Eagles.

Surviving are three sons, J. Ronald Alexander and wife Brenda, Moscow, Md., Theodore E. Alexander, Cumberland, and Keith R. Alexander, Florida; one daughter, Debra L. Llewellyn and husband Edgar, Moscow; two stepdaughters, Deborah Clark and Pam Clark, both of Florida; one sister, Ellen Abbott, Cumberland; seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, Cresaptown, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at ll a.m. with the Rev. Harold R. McClay officiating.

Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale. Graveside military services will be accorded by the Combined Veterans Honor Guard.
