Loretta See, 70, 31 Lehner St., Chilton, passed away Wednesday morning, June 27, at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton, after a lengthy illness.

She was born April 27, 1909, a daughter of Joseph and Anna Lisowe Buechel, in the town of Brothertown. On November 11, 1930 she married Edward See at Jericho. She farmed with her husband until 1954, then was employed by the Aluminum Specialty until 1966 until she retired.

Mrs. See was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Chilton. Her husband preceded her in death on May 19, 1949.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Elroy (Jylitta) Hegewald, R. 1, Hilbert; three sons, Sylvester, Hilbert; Melvin, Chilton; and Allen, Brillion; 14 grandchildren, four brothers, Leo of Charlesburg, Michael, Erwin and Norbert, R.2 Chilton.

One son preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Chilton, with the Rev. David Christel officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
