He passed away from Pneumonia 25 Mar 1913 in El Paso,Texas & burial on 27 Mar 1913 & removed 18 Mar 1925 to Evergreen Alameda Cemetery,El Paso,El Paso,Texas.
Albert LoEwenstein, son of Moritz and Juanita, was the first and only
death of an adult LoEwenstein child during their lives. He was brought
to their home for the wake, which was customary during that time.
Hundreds came to their home to pay their respects and also to attend
the funeral. A horse-pulled buggy, decorated in full funeral mourning,
transported his remains to the church and cemetery, while family and
friends followed on foot.

Meier Gunant 'Moritz' LoEwenstein of Westphalia,Prussia (immigration 1865)
and
Juanita Diaz Buchanan of Texas.
NOTE: I am related by marriage. Albert B LoEwenstein was my Great Grandmother Mary Lucy's first husband, producing two beautiful daughters when Albert became ill with pneumonia and died.
My Great Grandmother was a member of the Lucy family of England. Charlecote Castle was my family's home for generations. Fascinating.
