Rena Driver married O.T. Glasscok on 20 September 1903 in the Gooseneck Community, Young County, Texas. The couple moved to Wheeler County, Texas in 1907 from Graham, Texas. She moved to Shamrock, Texas in 1928.

Services for Mrs. Rena Glasscock, 86, were held at the Shamrock Methodist Chruch officiated by Rev. Tommie Cook, pastor assisted by Rev. James Glasscock of the First Presbyterian Church at Garland, Texas.

Mrs. Glasscock was a member of the Shamrock Methodist Church, King's Daughters Sunday School, superintendent of the Sunday School and a Bible Class teacher for many years; Shamrock Rebecca Lodge for over 50 years, past Noble Grand and Historian for the Texas Lodge; member of the Three Leaf Home Demonstration Club, Shamrock Garden Club; Shamrock Goodfellows; service chair and director of the Amercian Cancer Society for 20 years; Outstanding Citizen by the Shamrock Chamber of Commerce.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one daugher.
Survived by one son - John W Glasscock; one daughter - Mrs. Ethel Mae Clay; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one sister - Mrs. Martha V Volgamont.
