William Monroe Beaver, 60, an employee of Purdue University, died, apparently of a heart attack, at 5:19 PM Thursday, Oct. 19, 1970, in Home Hospital. A native of Attica, he spent most of his life at Lafayette. In 1974, at Indianapolis, he was married to Lucky Lee Bocock, who survives.

Mr. Beaver worked in the Physical Plant at Purdue University the past ten years. He attended St. Boniface Catholic Church and was a member of the Deaf Club of Indianapolis.

Surviving with his widow is a son, Melvin Beaver of Attica. Service Oct. 23 in Hippensteel Chapel, the Rev. Benno Heidlage officiating; internment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
