SUTHERLAND - Mary A. Anderson, 75, of Sutherland, died Wednesday in an Ogallala hospital. She was born April 25, 1901, in Casper, Wyo.

She attended hight school in Torrington, Wyo., and moved to Wilsonville in 1922. She had lived there until 1983, when she moved to Sutherland. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Anderson was also associated with the Order of Eastern Star and the American Legion Auxiliary of Wilsonville.

Survivors include her husband Charles; two sons, Howard of York and Frank of Mitchell; four daughters, Mrs. Don (Dora) Sylvester of Albuquerque, N.M., Mrs. Ted (Melva) Anderson of Palo Alto, Calif., Mrs. Merlyn (Alice) Babbitt of Paxton and Mrs. Chester (Zora) Yoder of Blue Hill; her mother, Mrs. Dora Sherrard, and a sister, Bernice Sherrard, both of Pasadena, Calif.; 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will at Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Wilsonville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Calvin Leeds of Paxton United Methodist Church officiating.

Burial will be in the Wilsonville Cemetery. A memorial has been established to the Heart Fund.
