Miss ELSIE MARIE COOPER, 82, of 209 Second Ave., Brunswick, died Thursday, July 2, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born Nov. 12, 1909, in Brunswick, she was a daughter of the late Herbert E. and Lillie May Orrison Cooper.

Miss Cooper was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Brunswick, and Chapter 97 of the Order of the Eastern Star, Brunswick. She had been employed for 33 years by Acme Markets, Brunswick, serving as manager for 13 years.

Surviving are two sisters, Marian C. Miller of Bethesda and Helen L. Cooper of Brunswick; two brothers, Herbert Austin Cooper and Newton W. Cooper, both of Frederick.

She was preceded in death by five brothers, Garland, Ernest, Howard, Glenn, and Wilbur Cooper; and two sisters, Margaret Steward and Edith Conner.

Funeral services were held at the John T. Williams Funeral Home; burial was in Park Heights Cemetery, Brunswick.
