Funeral services were held at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon, June 1 at the Methodist church in Hooker for Mrs. Ore Krieger, 19, bride of just ten days, who died shortly before noon last Tuesday.
Mrs. Krieger who before her marriage on Saturday, May 18, was Sylvania Gordon, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Gordon of Boyd Oklahoma.
Mrs. Krieger was born in the Turpin community and received her education in the Eureka schools at Bakersburg, where she was a student in the high school at the time of her marriage.
She is survived by her parents, six brothers and three sister, Larry Gordon, Guymon; Graydon and Earnest of Liberal, Kansas; Norton LaRoe and Gene Gordon and Marjorie, Loretta and Sandra Gordon, all of Boyd.
