Catherine M. Kuhn, 79, entered into God's eternal care 6 a.m. Monday, April 23, 2007, at Hanover Hospital. She was the wife of Richard K. Kuhn, to whom she married over 58 years.

Born in Hanover on September 1, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Sarah Hoff Dickensheets.

Mrs. Kuhn was a faithful member of and always looked forward to attending Hanover Church of the Brethren. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed cooking, cleaning and gardening.

In addition to her husband, she will be sadly missed by her sons, David Kuhn and wife, Bonnie, Robert Kuhn and wife, Gail, all of Hanover; grandsons, Bryan, Allen, Andrew Kuhn; a sister, Violet Huggens of Hanover; and a brother, Walter Dickensheets of Hanover.

Mrs. Kuhn was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Hanover Church of the Brethren, 601 Wilson Ave., Hanover. Visitation will be Thursday morning at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be private. The Rev. Marcia Kump will officiate. Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway Hanover, is assisting the family with arrangements.
