Harbert and Mary were buried at their farm home on Preachersville Road along the Dix River near Preachersville, Lincoln County, Kentucky. The gravesite is lost, but the original broken headstones were salvaged by the current property owner and turned over to family who in 2020 had a new monument erected for them at Crab Orchard Cemetery, Lincoln County KY, which also serves as a base for their original headstones.
