Davenport - Services for Terrance W. Murphy, of Davenport, will be 1 p.m. today at Runge Mortuary and Crematory, Davenport. Visitation is 11 a.m. until the time of services at the mortuary. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Mr. Murphy died Friday, Dec. 17, 1999, at his home.
He retired in 1996 from Ralston Purina.
He was born Aug. 23, 1943, in Davenport. He served in the Marines during the Vietnam War. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Survivors include a daughter, Jessica Murphy, Chicago; a son, Brent Murphy, East Moline; a grandchild; a sister, Karen Bloomer, Davenport; brothers, Charles, Robert and Thomas, all of Davenport, and Kenneth, Jacksonville, N.C.; and a stepbrother, Bill Peterson, Davenport.
