Clanda Louise Wooden, 71, former Guymon resident, died Thursday evening at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she had made her home for the past 15 years.
The daughter of Crobett and Evy Ralstin, she was born Jan. 9, 1918 at Guymon.
She attended Guymon schools and graduated from Guymon High School with the class of 1937.
She married Merl G. Wooden Jan. 9, 1938 at Guymon. The Wooden family moved from Guymon in 1947. For the last 15 years they had made their home at Cedar Rapids.
Mrs. Wooden was a member of St. Lukes United Methodist Church at Cedar Rapids.
Besides her husband, Merl, of the home, survivors include one daughter, Glenda Kay Roosa of Cedar Rapids; three sisters, Mary B. Delano of Wichita, Kan., Esther Kleffman of Guymon, Edith Schriber of Borger, Texas; three brothers, Hiram Ralstin, Herman Ralstin and Ray Ralstin of Guymon; and her granddaughter, Amber Joy Roosa of Cedar Rapids.
Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced by the Henson Funeral Home of Guymon.
