Nancy was the director and pre-school teacher at Sycamore Pre-school, North Mancester for 20 years. She was a member of First Brethren Church, North Manchester and sang in the choir and played in the bell choir. She loved her family and her former students. On August 24, 1957 she married Ledford Benton.
He survives in North Manchester, IN. She is also survived by three sons, Mike (Tori) Benton, Middlebury, IN, Barry Benton, Garrett, IN and Mark (Kelly) Benton, North Manchester, IN; one daughter, Jeri (Dave) Lehman, North Manchester, IN; one sister, Judy (Jack) Kortie, Middlebury, IN; five grandchildren, five step grandchildren and eleven step great grandchildren. One sister is deceased.
