DELPHI, Ind., Jan. 13. — Mrs. Amanda Ball Martin, 84, mother of Ben Martin of Logansport, died at the'home of her son, here Monday night. Infirmities of old age are given as the cause. She was born in Delphi and has been, a resident of this county throughout the greater portion of her life. Besides the two sons she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mrs. Mary Guard of Old Hickory, Tenn., and another son, James, of Chicago. Funeral services are to be held at the Baptist church here at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Burial will be made here. The body will be at the church from one to be viewed by friends.
