RUSHFORD, Minn. (Special) — Charles Anderson, 75, died suddenly early Thursday at his Highland Township farm home of a heart attack.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Rushford Lutheran Church. The Jensen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born here Dec. 18, 1879, he married Miss Jonette Olstad March 17, 1909 . The couple farmed in Preston Township 31 years , spent nine years on a farm near here and had resided in Highland Township the past four years.
Mr. Anderson was a member of the Rushford Lutheran Church.
He is survived by: His wife; three daughters, Mrs. Harvey (Mabel) Nicolai, La Crosse; Mrs. Robert (Charlotte) McKay, Canton, and Mrs. Leslie (Helen) Spear, Elk River; two sons, Norman. Lanesboro, and Ernest Hollywood, Calif.; three brothers, Ole, Rochester; Halvor, Houston, and Henry, Alberta , Canada, and six grandchildren.
The Rev. N. L. Otterstad will officiate at the services and burial will be in Rushford Lutheran Cemetery.
