Born July 15, 1928, in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late Adlai Elzey Elliott Sr. and Lula Mae Gantt Elliott. He served in the US Air Force during World War II.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Rose Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Entombment will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Arrangements are entrusted to Stamey Funeral Home in Fallston.
