Richard Franklin Corron was born to Lewis Thomas Corron (1902-1982) and Velma Lucille Franks (1910-1983) He graduated from Hamilton City High School and served in US Navy from 1957 to 1961. He worked for Holly Sugar from 1961 until his death and served as maintenance manager at Holy Sugar's Tracy facility for the past 15 years.

He married Ilda Kathleen Butler on Dec 21, 1962 in Reno, Washoe, Nevada. He is survived by his wife Ilda Corron of Tracy,Califonia; his two daughters, Rebecca Corron of Tracy and Rochelle Gallegos of Stockton, California,a brother Sherrell Corron of Orland, four sisters, Fannie Mae Peacock of Deer Park, Washington, Charlene McAllister of Bakersfield, California, Betty Lou Darilek of Rockport, Texas and Billye Ruth Fox of Ukiah, California and one grandson.

In Tracy, Mr. Corron was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. His hobby was restoring Ford mustangs.He was a Tracy High Bulldog fan.

He died on Saturday , Oct 16, 1990 in Stockton hospital after a lengthy illness with non Hodgkins lymphoma.
