Chewsville -- IRA G. MARSHALL, 70, died Saturday at the Colton Villa Nursing Center. He was born in Washington County, the son of Henry C. and Annie W. Hines Marshall. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Marshall.
He had been employed by the Chewsville Co-op and was last employed as a custodian by the Washington County Board of Education. He was a Protestant. He was a member of the Eagles Club No. 694 of Hagerstown.
He is survived by one brother, Leo E. Marshall, Chewsville.
Graveside services were held at the Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
