Unable to determine Lydia's maiden name. On her own Death Certificate that field is blank. On the DCs of her children that I have been able to see, it is listed as Gross on one, that of her daughter Susan, but the informant on that one was the wife of Susan's nephew, William Shively. On daughter Mary Shively's it is listed as Eisenman. The informant on that was H William Shivley. It is not on her son Zach's, in that field her name is just given as Lydia Henry. Since none of the informants were direct family I will leave it blank.
