Warner Cemetery in present-day Niagara
Falls, Ontario.
Her father joined Butler's Rangers and
served under Capt. John McDonnell during
the Revolutionary War.
Rebecca Van Every's siblings were Mary,
Elizabeth, Phoebe, John, Peter, William,
Samuel and Joseph.

undivided interest in a house and lot in
Chicago and Personal Property in this county

The said deceased left him surviving no person
as his widow, and your petitioner, his father.
Rebecca Williams, his mother, three brothers
and four sisters to wit - James, Eliza, Joseph,
Jane, Mary, George & Anna, all adults.
