Thomas F. Abbott , "Tommy" age 74, of Hartford, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Aurora Medical Center in Hartford.

Tommy was born October 18, 1938 in Hartford to Douglas and Lucille

(nee Wagner) Abbott. He was united in marriage to Delores Kuehl on December 27, 1958 at St. Kilian Catholic Church in Hartford.

Tommy and Delores owned and operated Tommy's Corner Tap in Hartford for 45 years. He was a member of St. Kilian Church, the Washington County Tavern League and the Pike Lake Sportsman Club. He was the long standing president of the Duo County Pool League. Tommy shot pool, loved hunting and loved the game show network. He would watch it every day without exception. Tommy loved bartending at his tavern because it gave him the opportunity to socialize. He loved spending time up north at their cabin in Eagle River. He loved his family deeply and was so proud of his grandchildren and cherished their time together.

Tommy is survived by his children, Randall (Sandy) Abbott of Hartford, Lisa (John) Alves of Hartford, Pamela Davis of CA and Thomas (Becky) Abbott of Slinger; his grandchildren, Nicole (Michael), Ryan, Rachel (special friend Gage), Jason, Meghan, Anna, Katelyn, Aidan, and Ryder; his great grandchildren, Ava and Blake; his sisters and brothers, Dorothy (Tom) Waddell of IA, Douglas (Sue) Abbott of Waukesha, Dianne Abbott of CA, and Richard (Mary) Abbott of Hartford; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Darlene (Michael) Wagner of Hartford, Doris (Don) Lechner of Hartford, Russell Kuehl of Hartford and Lenore Abbott of Cudahy. He is further survived by Pat Grissman, (special friend of Roger Kuehl), nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Also special mention to his neighbors, Donna Koch, Jayne Lemminger and John Steinhofer.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Delores, his parents, Douglas and Lucille Abbott, his brother, Donald Abbott, his parents-in-law, Clarence and Gertrude Kuehl and his brothers-in-law; Robert (Shirley) Kuehl and Roger Kuehl.

Mass of Christian Burial for Tommy will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.at St. Kilian Catholic Church in Hartford with Father David LaPlante officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, February 25th from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at St Kilian Church and on Tuesday morning, February 26th at the church from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Interment will take place at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in
Hartford.
