Mr. Hall was born November 27, 1934 in Little Hope, Texas the son of the late William David and Audie Love (Caldwell) Hall. He passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012 in Tyler. Mr. Hall lived in New Harmony since 1994. He retired from the Texas Department of Human Services and Smith County Sheriffs Department. Mr. Hall was a member and past Master of the Henry Marsh Bell Masonic Lodge. He was a Baptist Minister for 45 years and was a member of Carmel Baptist Church.
Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Irvin Eugene Hall; son, Billy Ray Hall; granddaughter, Amy Lowry and a great grandson, Michael Allen Hall Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Neta Smith Hall of New Harmony; sons, Kenneth W. Hall of Tyler, Jerry L. Hall of Edenton, North Carolina; step sons, Randy F. Baggett on Mansfield, Arkansas, Glenn W. Baggett of Houston, Tony L. Baggett of Garland; sister, Frances Paulinelli of California; 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be deacon of Carmel Baptist Church.
Family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
