Mr. Hall died March 26, 2009, in Pelion, S.C. He was born June 24, 1956, was a Baptist and was formerly of Tyler.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie; daughter, Alicia; son, Billy Joe; brothers, Kenneth Hall and Jerry Hall; and other relatives.
