She was born in Masardis March 25,1911, the daughter of Elsmore and Serena (Rockwell) Craig.
Miss Craig had been a lifelong resident here and was a member of the United Baptist Church of Presque Isle.
Surviving are her mother of Masardis; two brothers, Clifford of Masardis and Elsmore of Auburn; four sisters, Mrs. Guy(Ivy) Merrill,Casco, Mrs. Darold (Idella) Nickerson, Presque Isle, Mrs. Robert(Hattie)Turner, West Paris, and Mrs. Ralph(Pearl)Sampson, Norway; twenty-nine nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Graves Funeral Home in Presque Isle Saturday from 3-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Saturday at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. John V. MacNeill, pastor of the Bethany Baptist Church of Presque Isle,officiating.
Burial will be in Masardis Cemetery.
