Former Beattie Resident Dies
Hattie Amanda King Jennings, 70, former resident of the Beattie community, died September 16, at her home in Palms, Calif., after a heart attack. She was ill only a short time.
Born October 11, 1873, she was married December 19, 1894, to J. A. Jennings and was the mother of five children.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs Ruth Gragg, Mrs. Eunice Springer, Culver City, Calif.; Mrs. Myrtle Duncan, Santa Paula, Calif.; and a son, Ralph Jennings, Missouri.
Funeral services were held Thursday in California.
