Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Christopher and Rosalba (Smith) Ferrier.
Mrs. Aguiar was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.
She leaves two sons, Joseph Aguiar Jr. of Providence, and Donald Aguiar of North Smithfield; three sisters, Dorothy Dexter of Harrisville, Alice Allard of North Smithfield, Lorraine Ducharme in Florida, and a grandchild.
The funeral was private. Burial was in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Slatersville.
