She and Marion loved serving in the LDS Church, especially as temple workers in the Provo and Mt. Timpanogos Temples, and serving a mission together in Minnesota from 1979-1981. Josephine lived her religion, and had a strong and abiding faith in God. She was small in stature, but very strong in spirit; her daughters would describe her as spunky. She loved all flowers, especially pink roses. She was a loving wife, mother, friend, grandmother, and visiting teacher, and was seen walking and talking in her neighborhood every day until she was 89.
Josephine is survived by Lee T. (May) Archibald, Linda Rae (Bill) Kirshner, Kathy (Paul) Wright, Margaret (John) Nielsen; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grand-children. She was preceded in death by her husband, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
