Nellie Ilene McGonigle was the daughter of James A. McGonigle and Mary Jane Hinkle. She married Elmer Leo Albus on February 12, 1908. They moved to Kansas where she died, while pregnant, after becoming ill with the Spanish Flu and contracting pneumonia.
