Memorial services for Alfred Bache, 81, of McAlester, OK, will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday at Hudson Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville, OK. Ceremonies will be conducted by the McAlester Scottish Rite Rose Croix Funeral Team. He died Monday, August 7. Born March 17, 1914 in Flint, Mich., to Arthur and Esther Bache, he was a lifetime member of the Grants Pass Masonic Lodge No. 84 in Grants Pass, Ore., and past master of Dearborn Lodge No. 172 in Dearborn, Mich. He was a member of the Scottish Rite of McAlester, Order of the White Shrine, charter member of the Church of the Crossroad in Costa Mesa, Calif., and a retired design engineer for Ford Motor Company. Survivors include his wife, Gertrude (Trudy), of the home; five daughters, Nancy Powers of Canton, Mich., Diane Bache of Deltona, Fla., Mary Lou Koepsoll and Carolyn Bache both of Redlands, Calif., Kay Felty of Alta Loma, Calif.; a son, John F. Bache. Also 20 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; a stepdaughter, Jo Ann Parks Blaylock of Clavin, OK; two step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; and several ieces, nephews and other relatives.
