O'Leary services Thursday
Mrs. Florence Gilger O'Leary, 75, of 308 Waring Rd., DeWitt, wife of Capt. Timothy E. O'Leary, died yesterday in Community-General Hospital.
Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late George A. Gilger and Mrs. Hattie Louise Noxon Gilger.
A 1916 graduate of Syracuse University, she was affliated with Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority.
Mrs. O'Leary was a member of the Reformed Church of Syracuse; Fredonia Chapter, OES, and the Benjamin Prescott Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution.
She and her husband celebrated their 46th anniversary Sunday.
Other survivors are a daughter, Dr. Harriet L. O'Leary, professor of French at LeMoyne College; a niece and several cousins.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Van Dusen Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Kranendonk, pastor of the Reformed Church of Syracuse, will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Calling hours are 4 to 6 p.m. tomorrow.
