YOUNG WOMAN DIES AT AUBURN HOSPITAL

Peritonitis Fatal to Miss Lorraine Bleeks, Age 24, Employee of Auburn Rubber Corp., for Period of Three Years.

Miss Lorraine Bleeks, 24, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bleeks of Concord township, six miles east of Auburn, died at 7 o'clock Saturday morning at the Dr. Bonnell M. Souder hospital in Auburn. Death was caused by general peritonitis and a blood stream infection.

Miss Bleeks was born July 19, 1917 in Concord Township. She had been employed at the Auburn Rubber Corp. for three years and worked there until a month ago, when her health became bad. She entered the hospital three weeks ago.

Surviving are the parents; a brother, Hubert, at home; two sisters, Marjorie at home and Mrs. Hilma Culler of Garrett. The body is at the Gerig funeral home in this city and will be taken to the residence tonight. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Concord Methodist Church, with burial in Woodlawn cemetery in Auburn.
