Kathryn M. Albers, age 92, died Tuesday morning, June 6, 2006 at the Keystone Care Center following and extended illness.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, June 11, 2004 at St. John Lutheran Church with Rev. Dr. James Eggert officiating. Interment will be held at the Keystone Cemetery. Friends may call at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Keystone from 2 to 5 P.M., on Saturday. A Memorial Fund has been established.
Kathryn was born April 5, 1914 near Belle Plain to John and Josephine (Hartz) Carter.
On February 24, 1940 she married Arthur Albers at Keystone and the couple farmed in the Keystone area until their retirement.
Kathryn was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone. She enjoyed gardening; flowers and she loved her dogs.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur of Keystone, her brother, Everett (Edna) Carter of Belle Pline; her brother-in-law, Don Albers of Keystone; seven nephews; and four nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother: Stacy Carter and her sister: Pauline Steinford.
