SARAH VIOLA FINCHER COTA

Mrs. Sarah Cota died this morning ar 9 o'clock at the home of her son, George Cota, 520 West Tenth Street, The Dalles. She had been ill for several years, suffering from paralysis. She was born art Monroe, Wis., December 4, 1871. At the age of one year she came west with her parents and lived at Penawawa, Wash., until a few years ago.

She leaves her husband, N.Cota of the The Dalles; seven sons, George Cota, also of this city, Oliver Cota of LaCrosse, Wash., Ramond, Clyde and Harry Cota of Moscow, Ida., Leon Cota of Louisville, Nebr., and Ralph Cota of American Lake, Wash.; four daughters, Mrs. Charles Dull of Cathlamet, Wash., Mrs. R. R. Emerson of Medford, Mrs. Oscar Dahl of Moscow, Ida., and Mrs. John Molton of Medford; and twenty one grandchildren. The body is at C.R. Calloway & Son's, from where the funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Funeral servcices are to be conducted at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoonfrom the C.R Calloway & Son Chapel for Mrs. Sarah V. Cota, 60 who died Wednesday at the home of her son, George Cota, of The Dalles. Rev. W.I. Eck will officiate and Mr. & MRs. F.M. Sexton will sing. The body will be taken to Portland for cremation.
