Mrs. Elizabeth Balo, 92, former resident of the Adams Mills vicinity, died at 11:20 p.m. Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Eloise Matt, in Coshocton, after a long illness.
She was born Oct. 28, 1880 at Wills Creek, a daughter of Frederick and Katherine Clark Roahrig. On Feb. 7, 1900, she was married to Joseph R. Balo who died Jan. 31, 1967. Mrs. Balo was a member of the United Methodist Church in Conesville and a charter member of the Adams Mills Grange.
One son and three sisters are deceased.
