Solomon Roahrig, aged 70 years died at his home six miles north of Adamsville last Tuesday shortly after noon following an illness of one week. Death was caused from apoplexy. The deceased had resided nearly all his life in the vicinity where he died. He was a successful farmer and had a host of friends in Muskingum County and the southern part of Coshocton County. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church. He is survived by his widow and two sons Wilmer and Carl of the home, one sister Mrs George Kaufman of Franklin Township in Coshocton County, and two brothers Abner of Coshocton County, and Henry of Clinton, Indiana. Funeral services were conducted at the Zion Church, Thursday afternoon by the pastor, Rev Dale C Recker. Burial was made in the adjoining cemetery under the charge of H E Shirer funeral director.
