Abraham Bain, aged seventy-eight years, died Sunday morning at his home near South Argyle, as a result of a fracture of the skull caused by a fall. He is believed to have suffered a stroke of apoplexy which caused him to fall. Funeral services were held from the home at two o'clock Tuesday. Rev. Mr. Crosbie of the South Argyle church officiated. Mr. Bain is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Alexander McGeoch of Greenwich and Mrs. James McNaughton of South Argyle; one son, Elmer Bain of Argyle, and one daughter, Alice Bain of Hudson Falls.
