Elmer Bain, forty-eight years of age, died Tuesday afternoon at his home near South Argyle after a long illness. Besides his widow, he is survived by two daughters, Erma and Hilda Bain, both of South Argyle; one sister, Mrs. Alice Lant of Glens Falls, and one niece, Miss Maeola Lant of Glens Falls.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 o'clock Friday afternoon at the home. Rev. F. W. Crosbie will officiate. Burial will be in the South church cemetery.
