Lucetta was named after her two grandmothers, Lucetta (Silvers) Logan and Margaret (Williamson) Small Dugan. Lucetta married Henry C. Coleman ["Harry"] (13 Sept 1849 - 7 Sept 1901) on 18 Oct 1871, which was her 18th birthday.

Obituary 26 Sept 1921 edition of the Martinsburg Journal -

"In apparently good health until Saturday night, Mrs. Lucetta Margaret Coleman, widow of Harry Coleman, who resides with her daughter, Mrs. Harry Dutrow, on the upper floor of the residence of Mr. George W. Appleby, Jr., corner of Burke and College street, died about 10 o'clock that night. Death was due to paralysis of the brain and the first intimation of loved ones that a fatal illness had seized the aged lady was when she complained of feeling pains in her head. Medical aid was summoned but Mrs. Coleman failed to recover.

The funeral service will be held from the late home Tuesday afternoon at 2:30, with Rev. Dr. F. R. Wagner, pastor of St. John's Lutheran church, of which she was a member, officiating. The deceased was formerly a Miss Dugan and was born 68 years ago last month near Little Georgetown and had spent her entire life in the county and city, in later years visiting around with her children. The family at one time resided on East Moler avenue.

She was a member of the Degree of Pocahontas, of Martinsburg, and the Daughters of Rebeccah, of Hedgesville. She is survived by the following children, Mrs. Harry Dutrow of this city; Mrs. Florence Powell, of Baltimore; Henry Coleman, of Cumberland; Mrs. Bertha Proudfoot, of Cumberland; Mrs. Margaret Burtt, of Baltimore; one brother, William Dugan, of Little Georgetown; a number of grandchildren and five great-grandchildren."
