She was born in Hiram, a daughter of Oliff E. and Adella V. Huntress Mason, and attended Hiram schools. She graduated from Porter High School.
Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and her interests included crossword puzzles, television game shows and reading.
Her husband of 44 years, John W. Davis , died Feb. 1, 1997.
Surviving are a son, Richard J. Davis of Everett, Mass.; two daughters, Deborah J. Mitchell of Charlestown, Mass., and Julie F. Lombard of Lewiston; four sisters, Brenda Sargent of Freedom, N.H., Beryl Thayer of New Gloucester, Eve Michaels and Donna Molbeck, both of Porter; two brothers, Harley Mason of Fryeburg and Bernard Mason of Cornish; and seven grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Neal and York Funeral Home, Kezar Falls.
