Henry Horton Bivins died Friday in a Fort Smith nursing home at the age of 84.

Survivors include his wife, Florence: Seven daughters, Mrs Arietta
Nicholson of Barling, AR., Lorene Bivins of Vinita, OK., Mrs. Thelma Ray and Mrs. Burna Westcamp, both of Fort Smith, Mrs. Betty Gasper and Mrs. Wanda Walter, both of Lavaca and Mrs. Eunice Patterson of El Paso, TX., and two sons, Mike Bivins of Muldrow and Gene Bivins of Fort Smith, AR.,

He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Bertha Yerton of For Smith, one brother, Ervin Bivins of Fort Smith; 24 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Massard United Methodist Church, with burial under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in the Barling Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be grandsons" Bill and Bob Westcamp, Michael and Allen Bivins, James "Butch" and Bill Walter.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joe and Hubert Holland, Raymond
Glidwell, Bryant Ruth, Joe Nelson, Mitchel Waters, H.J. Druyvensteyn
and Gene Sharum.

Henry H. Bivins was my sons; Brian A and Chase A Bivins, great-grandfather and Eddie Eugene (Gene) Bivins was their grandfather.
