Thelma Holm Zupan, 76, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away March 3, 2000 from compli-cations with diabetes at her home with her devoted and loving family by her side.

Born May 2, 1923 to Alex and Mildred Nelson Holm. She married George Zupan Jr. on October 31, 1949. Thelma was a kind and loving person who dedi-cated her life to raising her family and caring for others.

She is survived by her husband, George of 50 years; children, Linda (Glen) Roderick, Sandy; Charlene Halligan, Bluffdale; George C. (Teresa) Zupan, South Jordan; Connie (Tom) Nunley, Sandy; 10 grandchildren, Marie, Glen, Joe, Jenny, Jake, Jami, Michael, Colton, Julie and Scott; one great grandson, Dakota; one sister, Evelyn Holm, Sandy; one son-in-law, Alan Halligan, Sandy; and many nieces and nephews. We will all truly miss her. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Donald Holm.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, March 6, 2000, at 11 a.m. in the Sandy City Cemetery. Family will receive friends Sunday 6-8 p.m. and again Monday morning one hour prior to services at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State, Midvale. Interment, Sandy City Cemetery.
