He was the owner of DeLuxe Cleaners for 54 years. Mr. Gill served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Mr. Gill was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral, Knights of Columbus and past exalted ruler of Elks Lodge 660.
He is survived by a son, Roger Gill of Cheyenne; two daughters, Jennifer Gill Sheaffer of Laramie and Martha Gill Fletcher of Bellvue, Wash.; a brother, Nick Gill of Cheyenne; a sister, Joanne Bogus of Cheyenne; three grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Genevieve Gill; four brothers, Frank Gill, James Gill, Thomas Gill and Joseph Gill; and two sisters, Mary Schum and Patricia Norris.
