Rams dell (Nov. 5, 1838 born at Belchertown-Feb. 3, 1910 died at Anacortes, Wash.) at Belchertown; Oct. 8, 1861 sgt., Co. F, 31st Mass. Infantry Rgt. no date 1stsgt. Sept. 23, 1863 discharged for promotion at ft. Pike, La. and commissioned capt., 91st U. S. Colored Infantry Rgt. July 7, 1864 discharged when regiment consolidated with 74th U. S. Colored Infantry Rgt. member and post commander of GAR Post #97 (E. J. Griggs) at Belchertown; 1870 and 1880 carpenter at Belchertown; Nov. 12, 1889 died in Skagit County, Wash. and buried in IOOF Cemetery at Mt. Vernon, Wash. Jan. 24, 1891 his widow Sarah A.
