"OBITUARY"


Margaret L. Barhydt, 75, died Jan. 11, 1987 in Park View Hospital, Fort Wayne. She had lived in wawaka the past three years but was a former Waterloo and Huntertown resident. She was born Dec. 7, 1911 to Henry and Chrissie (Hudson) Habig in Allen Co. IN. She married Delbert Barhydt in Dec. 1942. He died March 20, 1970. Surviving are sons Harold Lee Barhydt of Detroit MI., and James L McKeever of LaOtta IN.; three step-sons, Delbert Jr. of Wawaka, Kenneth Max of Huntertown, IN. and Delos of NY.; two step- daughters, Imogene (Barhydt) Riehm of Kendallville, IN. and Maxine (Barhydt) Huff of New Carlisle; IN. five grandchildren; two great grandchildren. She and her husband had owned the Morningstar Grocery on U.S. 6 west of Waterloo and once owned several small stores around the area. Services will be Wednesday in the Feller Funeral Home, in Waterloo IN. And burial at IOOF Cemetery in New Haven ~1-11-1987.
