Marguerite Purcell married Robert Oliver Andrews on 24 November 1917. The couple made their home in southern Archer county in the Robert Donald Andrews ranch home which was built in the Shearer community in 1889.

R.O. Andrews, 60, rancher of northeastern Young County and southeastern Archer died in Olney Friday.

Andrews suffered a cerebral hemorrhage at his ranch home about eight miles north of Jean.

Funeral held at the Archer City Methodist church. Burial in the Archer City cemetery.

The veteran stock farmer had been born and raised in the same community, and his home where he died is only a short distance from the old family home where he was born 60 years ago. He had expanded his land holdings until his ranch included acreage in both Young and Archer Counties, and he had both cattle and oil interests there.

He was an uncle of Mrs. O.C. Elliott and Mrs. Roy Graham and a brother of M.P. Andrews of Graham.
