Beaghan Rites

SHENANDOAH - The funeral for Sudie Strole Beaghan, 83, of Shenandoah will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Warren G. Kyger Funeral Home by the Rev. Jerry McGlone and the Rev. Hudson Nuckols.

Burial will be in United Methodist Cemetery in Shenandoah.

Mrs. Beaghan was born Feb. 23, 1894 in Shenandoah and was a daughter of the late Franklin P. and Mary Elizabeth Comer Strole.

She was a member of the First Christian Church in Shenandoah.

On Oct 10,1916, she married William Joseph Beaghan Sr., who died June 18, 1961.

Surviving are three sons, William, Glenwood E. and Thomas E. Beaghan, all of Shenandoah; three daughters, Margaret Crall of College Park, Md., Jeanette Gordon of Camp Springs, Md. and Joyce G. Beaghan at home; two sisters, Helen Kauffman of Atlantic City, N.J. and Mary E. Campbell of Staunton; eight grandchildren; six greatgranchildren, and three greatgreat-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 7:30-8;30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Friends may call at the Beaghan home at any time.
