OBITUARY :
MRS. FRED BOND, 93, DIES; FUNERAL HERE TOMORROW
MRS. LULA BELLE BOND, 93, died at 3:15 a.m. Friday at the Stone Boarding Home, 824 North Morley street. She had been ill for about six months.
Mrs. Bond was born June 8, 1871, in Randolph County and lived here her entire life. She was the daughter of Mary Ann Roebuck and Cyrus Halterman. She was a member of Salem Presbyterian Church, east of Jacksonville.
Her husband, Fred G. Bond, a retired fuel dealer, died in 1945. Also preceding her in death were two sons, Curtis, in 1931, and Manly in 1963.
Surviving is one sister Mrs. Anna Halliburton, Moberly.
The body is at the Million-Greer Funeral Home where services will be held at 2 p.m.
Wednesday.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, east of Excello.
