The Gorsuch line traces back to King Charlemagne thru the Lovelace linage. They are mentioned in vol. 2 and 3 of the Charlemagne pedigree books which can be linked to on Ancestry.

We are also related to Abraham Linclon thru the Gorsuch line. The Hon and Whithouse families are also related to the Gorsuch and Lovelace families in England. The linage is English/Welsh/French/German. The area in England where the Gorsuch family is from is known for it's pink footed geese which habitat the area and the Gorsuch name is a derivative of the reference to the geese.
